Name 3 things in your fridge on a regular basis.
Fixings for salad, Absolut Citron in the freezer, and pickled okra.

What’s in the trunk of your car right now?
Clothes to take to the dry cleaners.

Name the top 5 musicians/groups you have been listening to lately.
I listen to ESPN radio in the car to and from work – I especially like Mike & Mike.

What TV series do you record?
Too many … including All My Children, Grey’s Anatomy, Brothers and Sisters, Desperate Housewives, Project Runway, Design Star and Top Chef.

Describe your favorite shoes.
Way too many in my closet (it rivals Jen’s closet) to have only one favorite.  Let’s summarize by season:  black Banana Republic dress boots (winter), cream lizard sling pumps from Ann Taylor (spring), my new teal sandals from Marmi (summer) and my navy Vero Ve’ slings (fall).

Describe your purse.
A file cabinet.  Not that the size is always large, but my purse always seems to have a little of everything in it. Of course the essentials from the makeup side, and naturally my wallet filled with all of the appropriate credit cards of choice, but you usually find a multitude of other things in there to accomplish whatever errand run I try to squeeze in between work and home.

Peanut butter and
bacon, toasted.

If you had to spend a month ALONE anywhere in the world where would you choose & why?
I’m not very adventurous ALONE so I would probably stay state side.  It would have to be a resort with a gorgeous beach, white sand and terrific seafood choices available.

What’s hanging on the walls of your workspace?
Really cute black 15” square clipboards – set of 3 – with my most recent Luxe layouts!

The first thing I do when I wake up in the morning is…
listen to the radio for about 10 to 20 minutes before hitting the shower, after which I am presented with my first cup of coffee for the day by my lovely husband and two furry friends who bring it into the bathroom for me.  Aren’t I spoiled?!

What do you like on your pizza?
Pepperoni or some creative creation my husband comes up with like garlic shrimp on his wonderful homemade pizza crust.

When I’m stressed I want to…
shop!

My favorite paper craft projects are…
the ones that are completed!

Favorite junk food splurge.
Heath Bars.

I collect…Arthur Court “Butterly” pattern tableware exclusive to Neiman Marcus
Essential non-Luxe craft products.  Bazzill cardstock, Hermafix, Glue Dots, Tim Holtz Distress Inks.

Favorite Luxe line & why.
From the original debut line I would have to say Cocktail Dress although there are a lot of other paper designs I love.  From the lastest launch I’m anxiously awaiting the Stiletto line.  Are you feeling a trend in my choices?  Love red, can’t live without black and white.

How many years of experience do you have as a professional crafter (teaching, creating for sale, selling, etc)?
I don’t think of myself as a professional crafter but I’ve been scrapbooking for the past six or seven years.

Where do you shop most often?
Banana Republic, Ann Taylor, Neiman Marcus, and a variety of specialty boutiques that have fun, unusual stuff.

Where is your special place to shop?
My latest favorite is a company called Juliana.  One of my neighbors is a consultant and they have fabulous pieces that are really top notch!  I just got a terrific red leather jacket for fall – can’t wait for it to get cold here in Dallas.

How do you order your Starbucks?
I’m not big on the coffee – too strong for my taste – but I do indulge in a frappuccino or chai tea latte every now and then.

Who’s your favorite “professional” crafter & why?
I’ve had the opportunity to take classes from a lot of the “celebrity” crafters and I particularly like Ali Edwards and Danelle Johnson.  Both are really down to earth ladies who in my opinion have not allowed their celebrity to overshadow their true self.  And of course our own Emily Adams has been in my scrapbooking life for a really long time.  Both my daughter and I have taken classes from Emily at local stores, at Scrapbook Expo in Austin, and at CKU events.

What color cardstock do you use the most?
Bazzill again - their classic black, that great green “Parakeet”, and my favorite red “Pomegranate”.

What do you buy a lot of? {craft related}
Whatever is at the store calling my name … and usually it doesn’t have to speak too loud!
